The Pista GP RR represents a revolutionary new top-of-the-range model. It was developed in collaboration with Valentino Rossi and other riders from the World Championship Series, setting new standards in terms of protection and ergonomics and serving as the benchmark for professional race helmets.

Utilizing FEM techniques (Finite Element Analysis), the carbon fiber shell and the EPS internal components were optimized to achieve an extremely high performance helmet in terms of size, light weight, and protection. This has resulted in a helmet that surpasses the limits set by ECE standards and weighs just 1,275 g (referring to the MS size in the ECE 2205 version).

The entire ventilation system was designed using computational fluid dynamic modeling and wind tunnel tests. This helmet is highly effective at removing heat and moisture from the rider's head. Additionally, the large rear spoiler ensures first-class performance in terms of aerodynamic penetration and high-speed stability, while also resulting in a 9% larger visor aperture, enhancing overall vision by 15% and, consequently, the active safety factor.

The Pista GP RR features a 100% carbon fiber shell, with four shell sizes and five-density EPS developed in four sizes. The shell and EPS structure are designed to minimize rotational accelerations and are FIM homologated. The collarbone safe profile and detachable PRO Spoiler contribute to its overall race suit fitment.

Moreover, this helmet is equipped with metal air vents and extractors, including five front vents and two rear extractors, further enhancing its functionality. The visor offers a 190-degree horizontal field of view and an 85-degree vertical field of view, and is complete with a tear-off pin, ready and suitable for tear-off shields. The 5mm thick visor is class 1 optical standard approved for excellent vision, and includes a 100% Max Vision Pinlock (120) for added convenience.
